How much does it cost?
The demo fee is $25, which covers the FedEx charge for shipping the Cryo Controller to you. This offer is not valid outside of the United States.
Note: A credit card will be authorized for the full charge of the Cryo Controller ($649.99). If you choose to keep it, we will charge your card. If you decide to return the Cryo Controller, we will charge your card $25, and release the $649 hold.
How long does it take to get the demo & how long can I keep it?
It takes two business days for your controller to arrive. You get to keep it for one week. If you receive it on a Monday then you have to ship it back to us the following Monday, etc.
How do I return the Cryo Controller to Club Cannon?
If you decide to return the demo, no problem. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Use the same packaging that you received the controller in. Place the return label over the original shipping label and drop off at a FedEx location, or give it to any FedEx delivery driver.
Note: Be sure to ONLY use the provided return shipping label for returning demos as this will guarantee tracking and proper return. Customers are responsible for providing a tracking number if returned by another shipping method.Notice: The controller must be received in the same condition that you received it in. If it arrives damaged due to misuse, we will charge a fee.
What if I forget to return it?
We want as many people as possible to have a chance to demo these controllers, so it’s important that it’s returned to us on time.
If you ship it back more than 7 days after receipt, there is a late fee of $10 per day. If you’re more than 7 days late and we are unable to reach you, we will charge your credit card for the full price of the controller.
