CLUB CANNON AND MAGIC FX JOIN FORCES.
Two legacies. One vision. One powerhouse.
MAGIC FX, a global leader in professional special effects, and Club Cannon, a renowned U.S. manufacturer of high-quality CO₂ effects and DMX control solutions, announce their strategic merger. The partnership unites two icon brands with a shared passion for craftsmanship, safety and creative innovation.
The merger strengthens MAGIC FX’s global footprint, particularly in North America. Moving forward, Club Cannon continues under the MAGIC FX brand as MAGIC FX USA LLC.
“This is not just a merger of companies, but a merger of mindsets.”
Bram Veroude, CEO MAGIC FX
“Over the last years the demand for Magic FX products in the US kept increasing. To deliver the US market the same way as we do in Europe we needed a local team who shares the same vision and values. With Pat Grow and his team it feels like family. We think the same and we act the same. With a local team, brand new manufacturing facility in California, inventory and service operations we can fully support and serve customers across the United States. Together, we can innovate faster and deliver even more value to our customers worldwide”, says Bram Veroude.
Patrick Grow, (founder of Club Cannon) CEO of MAGIC FX USA LLC, adds: “For years, MAGIC FX has been the benchmark I measured ourselves against. Not just because of their scale, but because of how seriously they take engineering, safety, and quality. As Bram and I spent more time together, it became clear we share the same mindset and approach. This merger isn’t about changing what Club Cannon stands for, it’s about combining strengths of two like-minded teams and raising the bar for the special effects industry worldwide. Our customers benefit from faster innovation, a broader product range and global support.”
